Barry Hodge
CEO
Barry is a recognized leader in biometric identity management, with more than 35 years of experience in the technology industry. He was previously President of Acsys Biometrics, and held senior positions at Hewlett Packard. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Barry earned his BS degree from Bowling Green University, his Master of Arts degree in Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed a Certificate in Sales Force Management at the Wharton School of Business.

Myra Ingram
Education Advisory Board
Myra Ingram is a leader with more than 30 years of proven performance in the fields of non-profit and organizational management, adult education and workforce development, as well as early childhood education and family engagement. Known for driving innovation and growth, building and nurturing impactful partnerships, as well as amplifying the voice of vulnerable populations, she has spent the majority of her career in the Head Start network.
Since July 2006, Myra Ingram has served as Executive Director of the Region IV Head Start Association, Inc. (RIVHSA). RIVHSA is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to improving the quality of early care and education for Head Start and Early Head Start children and their families in the Southeast. Region IV is the largest region in the country – serving 20% of the children enrolled in Head Start nationwide.

Searcy Rushing

Searcy Rushing is currently the Head Start Director, for Sheltering Arms in Atlanta, GA. He has over 17 years of leadership experience in public administration, strategic planning, fiscal accountability, program management, budget creation partnership development, organizational branding and multi-system oversite.
Searcy has served as: Assistant Director of Head Start/Early Head Start and Director of Pre-K and Interim HS/EHS Director for the Montgomery Community Action Agency, Inc.; Associate Managing Director for Auburn University Early Head Start Family Child Care Partnership Program; Head Start and Early Childhood Development Director for Southeast Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission; Head Start Monitoring Review Lead for DLH Corporation; and is the former President of the Alabama Head Start Association.

Tom Karson MD
Healthcare Advisory Board
Tom Karson, MD is a physician and healthcare IT executive who has served as Corporate Chief Medical Information Officer at Continuum Health Partners, Deputy CIO for Yeshiva University and Medical Director Information Systems at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He is a cardiologist, intensivist and Harvard-MIT trained informaticist who has been on faculty at some of our nation’s most prestigious institutions including the Cleveland Clinic and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Kathleen Vollman
Healthcare Advisory Board
Kathleen is a healthcare practitioner, educator and consultant who serves as member of the Medial Advisory Board for Securlinx. She is a recognized expert in critical care clinical nursing and has published and lectured nationally and internationally on pulmonary care, sepsis recognition and management, the prevention of health care-acquired injuries, and improving the work culture of hospitals.
Kathleen is the founder of Advancing Nursing, which creates empowered work environments for nurses, and was previously a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Medical ICUs at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She is a member of the American College of Critical Care Medicine and the American Academy of Nurses, and in 2012 was appointed to serve as an honorary ambassador to the World Federation of Critical Care Nurses.

Mike Kirkpatrick Security Advisory Board
Mike is one of the nation’s leading experts on security, and he serves as an advisor to Securlinx. A former senior Assistant Director of the FBI, Mike was in charge of the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division. In that capacity, he led the FBI’s largest division into the realities of the post-9/11 world, adapting the existing law enforcement information technology infrastructure to support the global war on terrorism and developing the world’s most extensive biometrically based database of terrorist identities. Over the course of a distinguished 26-year career, Mike served in a variety of leadership positions handling infrastructure security and terrorism, organized crime and fraud investigations. For his leadership in the use of biometrics to combat terrorism President George W. Bush awarded him the rank of Meritorious Executive. We are proud to have his expertise available to our clients.
